I try my best to make shipping as affordable as possible on both ends. This page contains information on options, pricing, timing, and the return/exchange process.

Local Pickup + Delivery

If you live in Ottawa, you have access to FREE pickup and cheap delivery.

Reasonable Prices

Shipping varies by product type and region, and set to be as affordable as possible for both ends.

Express Delivery Options

In a rush? I offer different express shipping options based off how much of a crunch you're in.

Fast & Easy Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days after delivery to initiate a return. And delivery costs are on me!


If you're in Montréal, you have some special options. Lucky you!

Local options are as follows:

  • FREE pickup in Parc-Ex area in Montréal.

Shipping Prices

Shipping can be expensive. At Oddball, I try my best to offer reasonable shipping prices to get my art into your hands. All prices below are for standard shipping. Contact me for express.

USA and international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees. This is the customer's responsibility to cover.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. I am a one-woman business at the moment, but I will try my best to help you refund your product to original payment method, for store credit or do an exchange. Check the exceptions below.


Contact Me

Tell me what's wrong with what you received or explain why you're not satisfied. Start by contacting me via the form on the website or by email.



Let me know what you would like as a resolution:

  • New product;

  • Refund to original payment; or

  • Store credit.


Delivery On Me

If returning the product is part of the resolution, I will provide the shipping label. Make sure that the conditions below are met, and then bring your package to your local post office. I will notify you when I've received the return.

In order for me to accept a return or exchange request for full refund on original form of payment, you must have:

  • The product in its original state; and

  • Proof of payment.

General Exceptions

Generally, I will not accept return or exchange requests on:

  • Commissioned/custom work;

  • Discounted/sale items; or

  • Worn/used/damaged/dirty items (that did not arrive so).
